Couples Counselling

Supportive couples counselling sessions to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and navigate challenges together—focused on shared goals and mutual understanding.

Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Services

These sessions are available to individuals with recognized Indigenous status who qualify for the Non‑Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program. If you’re unsure of your eligibility, please confirm with NIHB before booking.


Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

ART has been shown to help reduce symptoms of anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and depression. Many clients experience improved emotional regulation and overall quality of life, and ART often accelerates symptom relief when compared to some traditional therapies.

Jennifer Turner - Registered Psychologist

As a Registered Psychologist, Jennifer Turner offers in‑person counselling in Airdrie and virtual appointments across Alberta, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick for both adults and youth. She supports individuals facing addiction, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, anger management, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, dual diagnoses, emotion regulation, general coping, impulsivity, life transitions, personality disorders, sleep disturbances, stress, and suicidal ideation.

Sessions draw on evidence‑based approaches—including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), the Grief Recovery Method, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy—and are adapted to each client’s unique needs.

Her previous experience conducting risk assessments and counselling at Bowden Institution, combined with teaching grades 3 and 4 and drama in junior high and high school, has deepened her appreciation for human connection and reinforced her commitment to guiding others through life’s challenges.

Direct billing is available through most major insurers, or detailed receipts can be provided for self‑submission
